A few things that cause rejections

• Apply from a company email that matches the startup's primary domain
• That email must already be added to the org at platform.claude.com/settings/members
• Use the Organization ID from platform.claude.com/settings/organization - not the account ID from claude.ai/settings/account (most common mistake we see)
• It's one grant per company, and credits don't stack across the two offers above or with other Anthropic offers

What the credits cover

• Claude API - build Claude directly into products
• Claude Code - agentic coding in the terminal or VS Code
• Claude Agent SDK - the orchestration layer for building custom agents
• The credits cannot be used to pay for Claude Max or Claude for Teams subscriptions
