About We understand the importance of making great hires and want to help where we can. ****We have partnered with Consider to power our own jobs board. The service automatically pulls any existing job postings you have shared online onto our jobs board.

Why feature This site will give you exposure to more quality applicants coming through our website we also feature some of these roles in our monthly Founder newsletter.

Add your Jobs to our site (for companies without ATS’s) If you your jobs aren’t featured you can post your jobs on our Job Board very easily. Just login to your Consider workspace, and go to “Job” and post. Any problems then check out this Tutorial (1min30sec)

How to track applicants applying through our site

Consider can help you track applicants by adding a tracking code to all your job URLs showing up on the Fabric site. If you would like to track applicants, please schedule a time to walk through the setup steps; make sure you have admin privileges to your ATS. It's 10 minutes and once you do it, it will be applied to all jobs in the future.

You can login to Consider and start posting jobs.

By logging into your own Consider workspace you can benefit by the following:

• Hiring Projects: Create hiring projects, add candidates and run talent outreach email campaigns. You have access to their emails by using Consider. Tutorial (4 min).
• Talent Network: Find candidates already in our Talent Network. These are the people who have expressed interest in our companies. Reach out to them directly.Tutorial (1 min)
• Posting Jobs: If you like, you can post your jobs on our Job Board very easily. Just login to your Consider workspace, and go to Job Posts: Tutorial (1min30sec)
• Tracking Applicants: If you’re using an ATS (like Lever, Greenhouse,…) you can now track the applicant traffic coming from our Job boards. To add a tracking code, reach out to Consider.
